John Yeomans

John Yeomans is the General Manager for Cards at FIS. In this role John has responsibility for all the business units that process credit, debit and prepaid cards in the EMEA Region.

John’s role includes responsibility for the processing of all credit, debit and prepaid programmes, including a portfolio of over 20 million credit cards and three-hundred prepaid programmes from over sixty of Europe’s most innovative prepaid issuers.

John joined the organisation when it was Nomad Payments, a leading provider of prepaid and debit card processing and licensed software, and has lead the company through its acquisition by Metavante through to its current position as part of FIS, a world leader in the financial services and payments industries. In his current role, John is aiming to drive growth by increasing sales and revenue across FIS’ card processing business in EMEA.

John was Chief Executive Officer of Nomad Payments Limited for six years. Previously he spent 17 years as the head of professional services for MPCT Solutions, driving business growth through consulting services to major worldwide banks based in London but working extensively in Europe. He also has held positions with AIG Group in Bermuda and First National Bank of Chicago in London.
