Ajay Kumar is Regional Director – Asia Pacific for Global Prepaid Exchange, based at India. In this role, Ajay has overarching responsibilities for Business Development in Asia Pacific and delivering projects in India.

Ajay Kumar has 12 years of rich experience in Sales and Business Development in Payments Technology, Merchant Acquiring, Financial Services and specialized services industry. Throughout his extensive sales and marketing career, Ajay has been characterized by his ability to craft client relationships and new sales strategies that have consistently increased client satisfaction, while maximizing revenue opportunity and business growth. His strengths in Sales leadership, business management and interpersonal relationships have resulted in a strong track record of overall achievements and business expansion.

Before joining Global Prepaid Exchange, Ajay served as Director – Sales Strategy and Business Development for EMEA and Asia Pacific market for ISTS Worldwide Inc, Payments Technology Company (now clear2pay), where he led the sales, marketing and business development initiatives for Payments Technology solutions. His business connections at top management in payments industry resulted in deep penetration in Europe and Asia market. Previously, Ajay held sales management positions with HSBC, Global Payments, First Data and Pine labs.

Ajay holds Post Graduate Diploma in Business Development with dual specialization in Marketing and HR from IMS, Ghaziabad.
